Eleven Rooftop Bar on Ann Street is perched above Brisbane offering 270 degree views of Fortitude Valley, the CBD and surrounding suburbs. If you don’t know much about Brisbane, what you will know is that locals love the outdoors. This lifestyle lends itself perfectly to the outdoor/rooftop entertainment scene. As a Melbournite, this is something that could rival even our best rooftop bars. Seriously cosmopolitan.

8:00pm TIME TO EAT

A good time is a LONgTime – the new restaurant in Brisbane, pioneering obscure alleyway dining. Hidden away in a laneway, this restaurant brings Australia’s best chefs (including a sous chef previously cooking for the Thai Royal Family) and gives you Thai-fusion like you have never had before. 10:00pm THE NIGHT DOESN’T END WITH DINNER
