On weekdays from Tuesday 11 June until Friday 21 June, Aria Bar & Lounge at The Langham Melbourne will be hosting an Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland-themed high tea in collaboration with The Australian Ballet.
It’s the perfect celebration before or after attending The Australian Ballet’s latest season of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. The high tea will be available from 10.30am until 8pm to ensure that it’s possible to attend prior to or following a performance. And of course an Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland high tea would not be complete
without Queen of Hearts-inspired sweet treats and rabbit hole-themed cucumber-filled finger sandwiches.
The menu also includes double-smoked ham and Emmental miniature croque monsieur, an Owl and Panther forest mushroom and cheddar cheese pie, ahi tuna roll with Simpson Farm avocado, Tasmanian smoked salmon sushi with tobiko pearls followed by The Langham, Melbourne’s famous freshly-baked scones and Cheshire Cat blueberry and white macarons plus a Mad Hatter chocolate mousse and decadent chocolate and espresso éclairs topped with caramel. There’s also a raspberry verrine and yoghurt semifreddo as well as an Ace of Spades raspberry and rose opera cake.
The High Tea is $59.00 per person includes Wedgwood tea, espresso-based coffee and a glass of premium sparkling wine or $73.00 per person inclusive of free-flowing sparkling wine or $83.00 per person including a glass of Perrier-Jouet Champagne.
It’s an indulgent tea fit for Tweedledee and Tweedledum that’s also available on weekends as part of Aria Bar & Lounge’s renowned Chocolate Bar high tea. Guests are welcome to dress up in their favourite Alice bands and pirouette their way to
Aria Bar & Lounge.
