The chocolate guy is a local guy, I give him honey in the summer and he makes chocolate with it that we use. It’s a work in motion.”

You can also relax in the hotel’s Bluestone Wine Lounge, which is set in a light filled open atrium on a cobblestone laneway. The interior maintains the historic 19th Century Victorian Gothic architecture mixed with contemporary style.
