Melbournians listen up! Renowned bakery Rustica has recently opened their latest bakery-cafe in the iconic Rialto Towers. Located in the heart of the CBD, their menu is an explosion of colours and flavours.
Standing tall on bustling Collins St, Rustica Rialto offers inner city Melbournians beautiful quality bread, food and coffee without the wait. A hub for diverse professionals, Rustica Rialto has been designed with an effortless “grab and go” mentality.
While longtime Rustica fans will catch glimpses of their classic Fitzroy charm, Rustica Rialto’s menu features bold new dishes including dill cured ocean trout, chilli labneh, garlic pangrattato and heirloom vegetable salad with baked truss tomato and ricotta. Melbournians love their brunch, so why not try a mouthwatering blueberry porridge with hazelnuts and cacao or delicious vine fruit toast topped with fresh figs, feta, asparagus and hazelnuts! Time poor? A selection of deli sandwiches, fresh salad options and infamous pastries are also on offer.
Perfectly Instagramable, Rustica Rialto has breathtakingly high ceilings and a spacious seating area. Think slick lines, deep blues, brass and luxe marble detailing. It’s a stunning light filled space that’s unlike any bakery-cafe you’ve ever experienced.
Open Monday to Friday from 7am-5pm, you can visit Rustica Rialto at 525 Collins St, Melbourne.
