QT MELBOURNE OPENS WITH A MEMORABLE LAUNCH PARTY

The highly anticipated QT Melbourne opened its doors to host a mix of Australia’s industry movers and shakers, who experienced a launch event like no other seen in Melbourne before.

Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD near the exclusive Collins Street precinct, QT Melbourne is inspired by the 1920’s rag traders from which the local ‘Paris end’ of Melbourne draws much of its flair and flavour. Transforming its Russell Street address, QT Melbourne brings a chic new designer landmark to the city’s cultural heartland with distinctly creative edge and eclectic experiences through its 188 rooms and newly inspired drinking and dining establishments.

In true QT style, guests at the launch were immersed in the exploration of art and design, with contemporary artists performing live throughout the duration of the event, hosted in the new QT Melbourne guest rooms.

The performance pieces were hand-picked by Specialist Art Curator Amanda Love, director of LoveART, an international Art Advisory based in Sydney and New York, specialising, in the commissioning, acquisition, display, cataloguing, valuation and collection management of the best contemporary art from all over the world.
