To celebrate the arrival of Easter this year, Om Nom Kitchen & Dessert Bar will be opening a pop-up shop filled with delicious take-home treats, perfect for sharing with family and friends this Easter.
The Easter-themed delicacies have been designed by Om Nom Executive Pastry Chef and MasterChef regular Christy Tania, renowned for her talent creating dessert masterpieces.
Dessert enthusiasts are sure to be in heaven with creations including chocolate eggs, bunnies and chicks.
Christy says she designed the take-home treats by coupling playfulness and elegance. “This year I’ve experimented with colour, flavour and texture to encapsulate the essence of Easter fun while also maintaining Om Nom’s signature style,” she said. “My personal favourite is the Egg-dulgence, made with banana milk choc brownie, intense chocolate cream, caramel toffee, roasted mixed nuts and 58 per cent cacao chocolate.”
Other creations include:
Jean Poulet
A stylish chick made with pistachio sponge, light yuzu cream, strawberry compote, strawberry mousse, vanilla butter cream and lime ganache.
