Flemington came alive on Saturday at The Turnbull Stakes Day presented by Yellowglen. Melbourne turned on the beautiful Spring weather and the who’s who of the city’s social scene stepped out in their fashionable best attending Yellowglen Terrace for its opening day.
Looking over the final straight, Yellowglen Terrace offers racegoers a VIP experience in the decadently styled multi level light filled structure, styled beautifully by New York based jewellery designer, Samantha Wills, and French paper artist, Marine Coutroutsios.
Featuring the elevated viewing platform, a social media hub and a selection of cocktails infused with sparkling from the Colours range as well as other Yellowglen products, the Yellowglen Terrace was the place to be on Turnbull Stakes Day.
A bevy of celebrities, sporting identities and fashionistas were on hand to celebrate the opening of the Yellowglen Terrace including Ambassador, Emma Clapham with her partner, Geelong player, Tom Hawkins, as well as TV personalities, Melanie Vallejo, Virginia Gay, Jo Hall and Sam Lane. Also on hand was Rebeccah Panozza, Myer’s Fashion on the Fields Ambassador who looked radiant in an Arthur Galan dress.
The Yellowglen Terrace is available for all general admission race-goers from 1 November until 8 November and is located on the public lawn east, next to Myer Fashions on the Fields at Flemington Race Course. Make sure you check out the social media hub where guests can take their own ‘selfies’ with cameras that post straight to their own social media platform.
