The enthusiasm of the 90s California grunge movement inspires a fiery effervescence that permeates Paradise, the autumn winter 2014 collection from Le Specs.
Tasked with softening the masculinity of the stand-out mirror lens, designer Hamish Tame manipulates form and shape to expose subtle notes of femininity and whimsy through iridescent colour and print detail sealed within each acetate offering.
Daring choice of colour and print allow the wearer to stand out from the crowd. Scarlet red, clear crystal and honeydew gold sit alongside infused frames of translucent cheetah print and lavish tortoiseshell.
“We wanted each style this season to have a twist, like the exaggerated cats eye style Hatter in bold radiant finishes” explains designer Hamish Tame.
Weighted profiles and metal temple detailing elevate each new design. Exaggerated cats eye, rounded silhouettes and angular edges provide an apex of luxury within a most accessible vessel.
To shoot the dazzling campaign imagery, Le Specs teamed up with blogger Mandy Shadforth of Oracle Fox who effortlessly embodies the passion and enthusiasm instilled through this twelve piece collection.
The iconic Australian eyewear brand continues to reap an international cult following with recent recruits Jessie J, Erin Wasson, Olivia Palermo and Beyonce stepping out in Le Specs.
Paradise serves up vivacious vigour with an unexpected medley of sophistication and spirit for this coming winter.
