Paul Louis was launched this week at Chris Lucas’ newest Melbourne hot spot, Kong BBQ in Richmond. A mix of Melbourne’s finest indulged in a Korean-inspired menu while sipping on the newest bubbles on the block, Paul Louis.
VIP guests enjoyed a variety of dishes including Mandu dumplings, Kingfish sashimi & Clam miso soup while seeing what all the French fuss was all about. Our lady guests were greeted by their “dream man”, a cheeky but charming Mr. Paul Louis on arrival, who introduced them to the new and luxurious French bubbles brand.
Paul Louis is from the Loire Valley, located 10 minutes outside of Champagne. PL, as it’s referred to, is a creamier, rounder product compared to other market sparklings. PL includes complex aromas of white fruits, blossom and camomile – a delight for any palate with its fruity notes of peach and citrus fruits.
To be tasted preferably between 6-8 degrees as an aperitif or to be shared with family and friends for any other occasion, be sure to get yourself a bottle pronto!
