From humble beginnings 10 years ago, the team at Industry Beans has opened the newest addition to its family of venues; a flagship venue at
Chadstone Shopping Centre. The grand and welcoming space is currently transforming into a multi-faceted, all-day dining cafe and restaurant, coffeehouse and roastery – boasting an unobscured view of where all the magic happens. Bringing the ‘crop to cup’ movement to life in the Eastern Suburbs, the Chadstone location is an opportunity for Industry Beans to showcase the passion and techniques behind its inimitable coffee roasting, all while offering a behind-the-scenes look at the unique processes that go into making the liquid gold so many of us cannot live without it.
Comfortably seating 100, doors will be open 7-days per week and three nights too. With a creative menu consisting of brunch favourites such as Industry Beans’ celebrated Porcini Nest, Chilli Barramundi Folded Eggs and Coffee Rubbed Wagyu Burger, the new Chadstone venue will also welcome an all-day offering to transition from lunch into the evening, including a Sous Vide Salmon Garden, Chicken & Munthari Berry Terrine and Coffee Rubbed Quail, encompassing true Modern Australian flavours with hints of Industry Beans coffee throughout. A signature cocktail and wine list complements the menu and offers an excuse to stop for a refreshment after a long day of shopping.
Melburnians and Chadstone locals can now enjoy the marriage of taste and sight; immersing in both the creation and consumption of Industry Beans’ offering. The sleek, compact design of the roastery is thanks to co-owners Steve and Trevor’s keen eye for consistency and making the most of space, the two have worked closely with renowned Melbourne architects, March Studio. Known for their modern, yet simplistic designs, they’re responsible for gorgeous haunts including Industry Beans Adelaide St., Aesop, Jackalope Pavilion, Sneakerboy – but most importantly, the iconic Industry Beans Coffee Arch that has been set up at Chadstone Shopping Centre the past few months, getting coffee lovers excited for the opening of the flagship store. The elegant design of the new restaurant reflects that of the Coffee Arch and displays signature Industry Beans look and feel – minimalist, spacious and white, with abundant natural light, custom planting throughout and carefully chosen, complimentary details.
Located on the Ground Level at the Tiffany and Co. entrance, Industry Beans Chadstone is beautifully designed for an unrivalled dining experience. Open 7-days per week for coffee, breakfast, brunch, light meals, lunch and 3-nights per week for dinner bookings.
