HQ Group (Arbory Bar & Eatery and Arbory Afloat) has opened their highly anticipated new Melbourne venue HER, unveiling its four concepts; HER BAR, street-level; MUSIC ROOM, level 1; BKK, level 3 and HER ROOFTOP at 270 Lonsdale Street.
The Federation building has undergone a top-to-toe transformation, reimagined into a wonderland of modern classic food, sophisticated drinks, art, design and music. Its once vibrant energy has been restored to a place of creativity, with each of its venues bringing familiar experiences alongside the obscure and creating a place like no other for guests to eat, drink, clamour and play all under one roof from the morning to late-night.
Eat steak and pommes frites and settle into a leather banquette with a negroni under the soaring, woven cane ceilings in HER BAR, sit fireside in the 44-seat, open flame Thai-style BBQ at BKK, be immersed in the premier sound of the program selector playing from the curated collection in the MUSIC ROOM, and find yourself with an aperitif under the constellations on HER ROOFTOP.
The four concepts provide a myriad of options for you to have a night out to catch up with friends, a special night out or just a place to hang and relax.

SULBING DESSERT CAFE AT CHADSTONE GIVING AWAY FREE SERVES OF THEIR CULT DESSERT FAVOURITES
As Melburnians brace themselves to swelter through the February sun, a new hero is here to dazzle the tastebuds and provide sweet, cool and refreshing relief from the heat! Sulbing Dessert Café is bringing it’s cult-followed Korean-style shaved ice cream desserts to Chadstone Shopping Centre!
In collaboration with Chadstone locals, Calia, Sulbing is popping up for three months to offer a range of their delicious, delicately shaved ice cream desserts complete with a myriad of toppings and flavours to savour and enjoy well beyond summer time! From Thursday 10th February – Sunday 13th February, Sulbing will be giving away 1x FREE serve of their delicious Bingsu and 1x strawberry Swiss roll (until sold out) to Chadstone shoppers and fashionistas.
Teleport the tastebuds with refreshing traditional flavours including Injeolmi Sulbing, sticky and sweet rice cake topped with almond slices or the Red Bean Injeolmi Sulbing iteration topped with Injeolmi rice cake and you betcha, sweet red bean. Cool off with classic family favourite flavours including Premium Strawberry Sulbing made with fresh Strawberry, whipped cream, cheesecake and yoghurt powder or opt for a tongue-tingling Yuzu Matcha Sulbing.
Chocophiles can rejoice with the Chocolate Brownie Sulbing, topped with rich and velvety chocolate brownies, whipped cream and soft cheesecake. Craving something fruity? Sweet tooths will love the Mango Cheese Sulbing with its combination of fresh mango and soft cheesecake.
