FATTO BAR AND CUCINA’S BOTTOMLESS WINE SUNDAYS

Following the success of Fatto Bar and Cantina‘s bottomless pasta throughout June and July, the relaxed Italian eatery is now inviting city-goers to indulge in free-flowing wine alongside a three-course seasonally-driven menu every Sunday in August, all while taking in sprawling views of Melbourne’s skyline.
Guests can plan any event and hire event Venue Hire Palmerston North to enjoy a warming winter feed by Head Chef James Kummrow including dishes such as Prosciutto di parma & gnocco fritto or the slow-cooked beef short rib, with celery and horseradish while sipping on bottomless Pizzini Prosecco, Camelback Chardonnay and Shady Lane Shiraz.
Fatto’s bottomless brunch runs every Sunday throughout August including August 4, 11, 18,25 and 31 with two sessions, 12-2pm and 2:30pm-4:30pm for groups of 4 or more. The brunch includes a three course lunch and two hours of bottomless wine for $80pp.

NEPTUNE LAUNCHES ‘SEVENTH DAY’ A UNIQUE TAKE ON THE TRADITIONAL SUNDAY MEAL
The arrival of Hayden McMillan to Neptune will see the celebrated Head Chef slow things down on Sundays, launching an ever-changing roast series at the Windsor local. Dubbed Seventh Day, each week will showcase an unlikely take on the traditional Sunday meal, offering a two-course family-style feed for a wholesome end to the weekend.
Kicking off the long lunches on Sunday, 4 August will be braised torello rose Osso Bucco, alongside reggiano polenta, sprouted broccoli with capers and seaweed, and pickled radish and daikon. House-made sourdough will see guests wipe their plates clean, while lemon ricotta cake with marsala ice-cream will finish the meal on a sweet note.
At Neptune, the seventh day of the week is all about feasting with family and friends, and what better way to embrace the last weeks of winter in  Melbourne than by cosying-up in front of the open fire for a hearty meal and premium pours. Each week Hayden and his team will spotlight a new protein alongside comforting seasonal vegetables, house-made bread and an indulgent dessert. BOMBA ROOFTOP SERVING UP HOT COCKTAILS, PERFECT FOR WINTER
Sheltered from the elements, Melbourne favourite Bomba Rooftop has launched a new warming winter menu with delicious Spanish snacks and hot cocktails, making it the perfect space to cosy-up and keep warm during August.
As well as the new menu, Bar Manager Cara Devine has created two warming winter concoctions to the cocktail menu including:
  • Steamy & Blushing – The Steamy & Blushing is a floral punch style cocktail. Bomba mix Tanqueray rangpur gin, white chocolate liquor and anisette with a rose, grapefruit and hibiscus tea. This floral number gives a fresh take on the classic winter style. The cocktail is served with a piece of Turkish delight
  • Don’t Mocha Me The Don’t Mocha Me is inspired by the Spanish drink the Carajillo which combines hot coffee with brandy. In Bomba’s rendition, they infuse Mr black coffee liquor with wattleseed, mixed with Hennessy Cognac, fresh espresso, cacao and vanilla. The cocktail is served hot with a house-made churro
