COBRAM ESTATE LAUNCH NEW INFUSION OIL – GARLIC & CHILLI
Its garlic-flavoured extra virgin olive oil has been a smash hit in kitchens right across the country and now Australia’s most loved extra virgin olive oil brand, Cobram Estate, is adding Garlic & Chilli to its Infusions range. Garlic and chilli are the flavour base for so many of Australians’ favourite cuisines – Thai, Mexican, Chinese, and Indian are just a few – so the makers at Cobram Estate have infused those flavours to their extra virgin olive oil. Using this infused extra virgin olive oil is a legitimate cooking hack, says Cobram’s co-CEO and chief olive oil maker, Leandro Ravetti.
“We know Australians love both garlic and chilli,” says Leandro. “Garlic is our best performing infusion and Australia is known for its love of chilli. Because of this, we wanted to create a product that was a marriage of these two flavours in a format that was convenient and easy to use in the kitchen.”
By choosing this extra virgin olive oil infused with garlic and chilli, consumers can reduce preparation when they’re cooking, saving time and energy. The Garlic & Chilli Infused extra virgin olive oil has a distinctive, intense fresh garlic aroma and a pop of smoked chilli. It can be used for shallow frying, poaching, or drizzling over cooked meats and vegetables. It’s also ideal for curry pastes, pasta sauces, risottos, pizzas, and stir-fries.
