SAINTLY HARD SELTZER LAUNCHES SACRED VAULTS AT RIVERLAND BAR
Australian alcohol brand, SAINTLY HARD SELTZER have just launched their much anticipated Sacred Vaults at Riverland Bar. Each of these Sacred vaults are designed to transport you into a different immersive experience.
Stepping into the first vault, guests are greeted with the SAINTLY forbidden tree, glowing with lights and adorned with SAINTLY cans and fruit. The next vault is totally immersed in a single colour, lit up by changing coloured lights. This vault is dark and mysterious, perfect for sitting and chatting with friends whilst enjoying the visual experience. The final vault, where the mirrored DJ booth is located, features visuals projected onto the ceiling. Here guests can sit and enjoy the music whilst being fully immersed in the video projections.
Located right in the heart of Melbourne City at Federation Square, the vaults at Riverland Bar were originally constructed for Melbourne City Council in 1890 following the completion of the iconic Princes Bridge in 1888. The vaults are said to have had a shady underbelly past and hosted underground parties in the 90s. Now, the Princes Walk Vaults are home to some of the city’s best bars and entertainment.
The SAINTLY Sacred vaults will be available for guests to enjoy every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am until the end of February 2022.

ISHIZUKA BAKESHOP OPENS

Open for orders from Thursday, 27 January 2022, Ishizuka Bakeshop is a selection of fan favourites from the kaiseki restaurant’s lockdown takeaway offerings; running in addition to its in-house dining experience, which reflects the pinnacle of Japanese dining in an intimate subterranean restaurant space.

Accessed via its own page on the Ishizuka restaurant website (www.ishizuka.com.au), the new Ishizuka Bakeshop launches with four menu items sure to make for a perfect picnic in the park, or for an elevated night-in at home.

The items include the  Picnic Bento ($90 – pictured), the A5 Kagoshima Wagyu Pie ($85) and the Matcha Tarte Tatin ($55).

In the same vein as Ishizuka’s kaiseki restaurant, Ishizuka Bakeshop’s approach to food is informed by Japanese food philosophy honouring the integrity of the produce by using minimal seasoning to open up the authentic flavours of the finest natural ingredients, and highest quality seasonal produce.

Orders need to be made two days in advance of the desired date, and can be placed for delivery or collection from Ishizuka Thursday-Sunday between 3-5pm. The team can deliver up to 15 kilometres from Melbourne CBD, with delivery pricing starting from $10 and working on a sliding scale depending on your distance from the CBD restaurant.
