The Emirates Suite played host to a bevy of stars this week at the Australian Open Cocktail Reception where guests experienced the first class perks of the Sponsors’ hospitality. Guests enjoyed a first class menu of Australian oysters, crayfish medallion on celeriac and dill with saffron cream and Russian tomato, and ceviche of Yellow Tail King fish, created by Emirates Suite Head Chef Markus Werner.
The unique design of the Suite emulates the luxurious experience of flying in the Premium Class cabins on board Emirates’ flag-ship A380 aircraft. Complete with a replica Emirates A380 On Board Lounge that has been flown in from Emirates’ hub of Dubai for the occasion, guests were able to relax and enjoy the renowned service of Emirates’ Crew.
The exclusive guest list included Olympian Cathy Freeman and James Murch, Josh Gibson and Renee Bargh, Kris Smith, Mick Molloy, Natalie Bassingthwaighte and Cam McClinchey, Travis Cloke and Rebecca Panozza, Frances Abbott and Lindsay Smith, and Real Housewives of Melbourne star, Chyka Keebaugh.
