A new chapter in luxe self-care has officially begun: iKOU, the cult organic wellness brand born in the Blue Mountains, has just opened its first-ever store in Melbourne.

Founded in 2007 by Naomi and Paul Whitfeld, iKOU’s ethos is rooted in personal healing and global inspiration. A flower petal bath in Bali sparked the idea for a brand that blends purity, purpose, and spa-like indulgence—all created with skin-loving, eco-friendly ingredients.

Landing in the heart of the CBD at Melbourne Central, the new 67-square-metre space is a sanctuary of calm amid the city buzz. Designed to be more than just a place to shop, the store offers an immersive experience into iKOU’s holistic world of organic skincare, body care, aromatherapy, and home fragrance.

The launch marks a major milestone for iKOU, which has grown from its humble beginnings in Leura to being stocked in elite spas like the One & Only at Wolgan Valley and Sydney’s Park Hyatt. Now, Melbourne locals can get their hands on beloved iKOU favourites in-store—including the Neroli Calming Face Oil, Recovery Face Cleansing Crème, and their signature De-stress essential oil blend, infused with geranium, lavender, lemon, and mandarin.

The Melbourne opening is the brand’s first new store since being acquired by Adore Beauty Group in 2024. The move signals big things ahead, with 8–10 more iKOU stores planned—including one in Berry, NSW, later this year. The expansion comes as Adore Beauty also rolls out bricks-and-mortar stores of its own, including recent openings at Westfield Southland and Watergardens. With a vision for 25+ stores across Adore Beauty and iKOU by 2027, shoppers can expect even more access to curated, conscious beauty.

Whether you’re new to the brand or a long-time fan, the new iKOU Melbourne store invites you to discover daily rituals that relax, rejuvenate, and uplift.
