Combine coffee and shopping to create the perfect experience at Country Road in Brighton with the opening of the newly refurbished Country Road Brighton store and the opening of The Brighton Buoy with Almond Milk Co. The new store reaffirms Country Road’s commitment to offering unique store experiences by extending its lifestyle store concept to the Brighton store.
The Brighton Buoy is a collaboration with The Almond Milk Co and will be supplied daily with fresh pastries, sandwiches and salads by Tommy Collins bakery ‘The Hamptons.’ The café will supply locals with a health focused in-store menu including almond milk smoothies as well as the take home freshly made almond milks in reusable glass milk bottles.
To celebrate the launch health and wellness blogger Brooke Meredith of ‘A Conscious Collection,’ will be creating a unique smoothie recipe which will be available at Buoy on Saturday 22 July as a free treat for kids.
