Country music comes to the city at Live on the Lawn 2015 with the King and Queen of Country Music Lee Kernaghan and Kasey Chambers headlining the event at Wyndham’s iconic Werribee Park Mansion on Sunday 22 February 2015.
Transforming the grounds into a spectacular country music festival, the pair will be joined by Adam Brand, Morgan Evans and Melbourne’s very own Deep Creek Road for an afternoon of music, drinks and dancing for the entire family. The fully licensed, family-friendly event will see Victorians flock from every corner of the state to throw down a picnic rug, enjoy a glass of wine and indulge in some of Australia’s finest musical talent with family and friends.
From boot-scooting classes, bouncing pony rides, horse shoe throwing and games, to live-music and an impressive selection of beverages from local wineries and breweries, there is plenty of entertainment for both the young and young-at-heart to enjoy.
Melbourne’s Deep Creek Road will kick off the day at 11am, followed by 2013 CMC New Australian Artist Of The Year Morgan Evans, renowned singer-songwriter Adam Brand, soulful story teller Kasey Chambers and Golden Guitar Winner Lee Kernaghan.
