Expanding beyond sharp tailoring and impressive volume, this exciting new element to the Carl Kapp cast is luxurious and dexterous. With surgical accuracy, even the simplest of shapes stay true to the brand ethos and through painstaking pattern-making techniques result in garments that effortlessly envelope the body.
Kapp introduces striking, modern, precision-cut silhouettes to extend his offering to encompass casual nonchalant elegance. Soft and seductive deer skin leather, delicate Italian-sourced cotton and woven metallic-coated cotton provide a flawless podium for the designer’s hedonistic approach to textile selection. Careful folds, subtle drape and considered cuts balance out body skimming silhouettes.
Splicing together unexpected colour and fabrication combinations Kapp explores a relationship of reflected harmony in each new contour. Bold, vibrant shades of fuchsia, mermaid blue and sunset orange provide tempting contrast to subdued royal navy, saturated teal and crisp white.
