It seems this multi-talented queen of lingerie keeps getting better as the years go on. Aside from producing a highly successful lingerie line exclusively for the chain store Bra’s N Things, being a passionate vegetarian cook, the ex-model has also added a new jewellery line to her name. She has fast become one of those single name brands in Australia like Oprah, Elle or Lagerfeld.
Annalise Braakensiek & her husband Danny opened their door on a winter Saturday to an intimate gathering of close family and friends celebrating the launch of her new self titled Jewellery line ‘Annalise’ by Annalise Braakensiek. In tranquil surrounding of their elegant home, we were treated to some very special pieces created by the blonde beauty. While not forgetting her culinary flair, guests were also treated to a vast array of food from her delicious Love Lunch recipes, ensuring no one would be hungry, I personally regretted eating lunch prior to arrival.
Not just a pretty face with a svelte figure, Annalise studied Jewellery Design at the University of New South Wales College of Fine Arts. Think Sterling Silver jewellery with hearts and semi-precious stones. The exclusive range features all-natural turquoise and semi-precious stones from Arizona, Tibet and India, hand-picked by the designer herself. Leather and silver bracelets showed a very commercial modern chic edge to the collection, proving the range has a vast appeal.
