Belgium brewer, Stella Artois, naming rights sponsor of the 2019 Caulfield Cup, it’s second consecutive year as sponsor, have announced their exclusive partnership with celebrated chef, Shannon Bennett and Melbourne’s renowned Vue de Monde.
This coming October, the iconic beer will celebrate Victoria’s Spring Racing Season together with Vue de monde, the very first time the restaurant will have worked on course a race track. The partnership also brought together a selection of guests at Vue de Monde for an intimate menu tasting, hosted by Stella Artois and Shannon Bennett.
The menu at the August 14 event showcased a carefully curated selection of dishes, featuring incredible Australian produce and feature food inspired by the spectrum of flavours in the renowned European beer. The final menu will be replicated for all guests in the Stella Artois Marquee at Caulfield Cup on Saturday 19th October.
Stella Artois is thrilled to be working with Shannon Bennett once again, having had unprecedented success at Australia’s first Stella Artois Sensorium in 2017. The partnership between Stella Artois and Vue de monde enhances the brands strong links to premium dining and will deliver an unprecedented racing experience for guests – ensuring their day is effortless but of the highest quality.
The Stella Artois Marquee will bring the glitz and glamour to the Caulfield Cup Race Day hosting editors and publishers from leading lifestyle publications, celebrities and VIPs in a contemporary hospitality suite within the Heath Enclosure. In addition, Shannon Bennett will also present a New York inspired menu in MRC’s on course general admission restaurant.
