Ten additional wellbeing leaders and artists have joined the already extensive list of talent for Super Bloom Festival,
Australia’s newest and biggest wellbeing event. The lineup now includes over 110 sessions led by more than 50 wellbeing experts, thought leaders and changemakers. Festival-goers will have open access to experts covering yoga, fitness, performance arts, dancing, barre, nutrition, gut health, cooking, natural medicine, mindfulness, meditation, deep rest, sexology, tantra, philosophy and future ways of living.
Acclaimed author and expert in maternal care, nutritional and environmental medicine, Dr Oscar Serrallach, will discuss
Matrescence – the science and culture of motherhood in the 20th Century. Dr Serrallach will delve into the emerging science of motherhood, postnatal depletion, the importance of Mothercare and balancing cultural expectation and reality for the working mother.
Sustainable living will be explored during an empowering discussion about the future of urban backyards from David
Holmgren, literally the co-founder of Permaculture. The Festival’s sensual zone – The Orgasm Room – has also added to its empowering and provocative programming; presenting a multitude of opportunities to become fully immersed in the Super Bloom Festival atmosphere and reconnect with your sensual side. Heal’r will be helping visitors find the Intimate Yin and Yang with an aim to holistically improve nutritional, personal and sex lives. Acclaimed Melbourne yogi and wellbeing leader, Uma Spender will lead a series of sessions grounded in femininity and movement, delving into ancient mantra techniques, while Infinity Therapies will be helping guests rid themselves of insecurities and access their own sense of sensuality through Qoya dance and yoga movements.
Mia Muse founder Vanessa Muradian will explain and demystify Objects of Pleasure, inspiring visitors to embrace
sensuality and vitality in everyday life; empowering them to see how this expression can help enrich their sex lives.
Vanessa will also have a curated mini shop where visitors can start or add to their pleasure collection. Talented artist Stephanie Rose Freeman will be in a separate, privately partitioned section of The Orgasm Room. Freeman is renowned for her paintings of ‘yonis’, and will be creating an area of sensual artistic expression with live nude models posing. Visitors are encouraged to take a spot at an easel and try their hand at capturing the naked forms under Freeman’s tutelage and take home their own piece of the Festival.
The Bloom Stage will be the dynamic destination of the Festival, featuring all styles of yoga and movement. Audiences
will also be inspired by daring performances from one of Australia’s best physical theatre and contemporary circus groups, Gravity and Other Myths, showcasing incredible displays of strength, resilience and balance. Global movement, The School of Life will host an engaging pop-up session covering all the big, existential questions of life; What is the meaning? What is love? How do I find a job that I love?
Access to all sessions and group classes is included in the ticket price and, with so much on offer over two epic days of
wellbeing and wonder, the biggest challenge will be when to take a break in the Tea Garden. To get the most out of
their Super Bloom experience, Festival goers can map out the topics and classes of interest and plan their own personal
journey to a stronger mind, body and spirit with the daily planner available online. Enter curious, leave inspired.
