The Winter Trail program of the Southbank Progressive Dinner invites guests to venture out for a dinner experience worth sharing during August and September, where your tastebuds can travel between Germany, Italy and China without the need for a passport.
The Winter Trail will be hosted by Red Emperor Chinese Restaurant, La Camera and Hophaus Bier Bar Grill with Waterslide Bar acting as the official pre and/or post drinks venue.
Enjoy three delectably different courses at three acclaimed restaurants, all under one roof.
All courses come with a complimentary beverage, or a hot drink with dessert. All participating venues feature the option of heated alfresco dining from balconies overlooking the Yarra River and breathtaking views of the city
The Southbank Progressive Dinner Winter Trail program will be running from Sunday – Thursday evenings from the until the 6th September 2018, with two sittings per evening of 6pm and 7pm.
The restaurants will work on a rotating basis for the courses being served each week. The program will fall as follows:
Week One – 12-16 August
Entree – La Camera
Main – Red Emperor
Dessert – Hophaus
Week Two – 19-23 August
Entree – Hophaus
Main – La Camera
Dessert – Red Emperor
Week Three – 26-30 August
Entree – Red Emperor
Main – Hophaus
Dessert – La Camera
Week Four – 30 August – 6 September
Entree – Hophaus
Main – La Camera
Dessert – Red Emperor
Tickets are $89 per person and include a glass of wine with entree and main, and tea or coffee to accompany dessert.
There are gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options available. The cost of the ticket does not include pre or post drinks.
