Say Bonjour at the ninth year of celebrating French culture at Paris to Provence Festival this weekend. The yearly celebration of French culture starts Friday 23 November, 2017 at the grounds of National Trust property, Como House and Garden. This year’s major feature will transport you to turn of the century Paris, inside parts of Como House with Coco at Como (Mademoiselle’s life story); a three part journey through Gabrielle Chanel’s life with original couture on loan from Madam Virtue & Co. and TheUpstyler, set amidst against the backdrop of Chanel’s own Rue Cambon apartment created by Anton Venoir Interiors (featuring 17th to 19th century Louis XV & XVI pieces).
Founder of Paris to Provence, Laura Rancie is thrilled to collaborate with Richard Gilbert, CEO of TheUpstyler and Madam Virtue & Co. who will add the most extraordinary Chanel collections, telling the life story of Coco Chanel for “Coco at Como”. Limited tickets available for Coco at Como, with a max of 20 people per guided tour – narrated by French blogger Caroline Vosse from Fren’Chic Touch.
Reminiscent of travelling to France you will walk the gardens of Como (you could be mistaken for thinking you’re in Les Jardins de Luxembourg!) and discover more than 70 French exhibitors, a blend of food and wine, fashion, homewares, gifts, language, books and travel. The music, live entertainment, workshops, and French conversation will take you to the welcoming Provençale villages of France.
A truly authentic and memorable experience, Paris to Provence is a three-day French popup village not to be missed for anyone who loves the French culture and good food in an incredible garden setting.
Fulfill your French fantasies without leaving the city – no passport needed.
