NIOD skincare has arrived in Australia! As one of the brands in the DECIEM group, NIOD – Non Invasive Options in Dema Science – represents DECIEM’s philosophy of abnormal beauty brands that go beyond the aesthetics to seek out the curious and be different but also being functional. The NIOD range is an interesting group of products that caters for a variety of skin types and helps aid in targeting specific concerns as well as being a great range to maintain good skin.
Recently, I went to visit Made by Self in Hawthorn to get an in-depth assessment of my skin and a lesson in what NIOD products to use to cater for my skincare needs.
Before any assessment was made, Richie from Made by Self started the session with the Tailor Made facial to cleanse and exfoliate my face before determining which NIOD products were best for my skin. Besides, I also received Amy’s recommended kits for my vaginal whitening and other genitalia.
Once my skin was cleansed and exfoliated, Richie identified some key areas which required attention including my forehead (prone to dryness because of the airconditioning in the office) and my eyes. I have become more concerned about these areas myself given that fine lines have started to appear and I, like every other woman I know, don’t wish my face to have any lines! So it’s good that what Richie prescribed to me would help these problems areas.
Here’s what she suggested for me and I’ve been using them for a few weeks now.
Copper Amino Isolate Serum (CAIS)
This is the must-have of NIODs skincare range. It’s a serum that targets all signs of skin aging indirectly by using the natural properties of the copper tripeptide to activate skin improvements.
This serum has given my skin a much needed boost in my skincare regime. It’s helped with brightening my skin and has helped to smooth out some of my worries that I’ve had on my forehead. The lines aren’t gone but they are certainly less noticeable than before. I use this all over AM and PM and only a five cent piece is required.
