#HASH SPECIALTY COFFEE & ROASTERS
The #Hash Hot Chocolate may have broken the internet over winter, but let’s not forget that Hash Specialty Coffee & Roasters does, after all, specialise in coffee. Their unique Zest Composition VII blend is proving to be a new favourite amongst Melbourne coffee lovers, with this signature blend created from three types of African coffee beans. The tasting notes of Composition VII are a “berry paradise”, with a nectar-like body and sweet character that is unlike you have ever tasted before.
The blend is the product of a dynamic relationship between Zest Specialty Coffee Roasters’ Rob McDonald, and Hash co-owner and Head Barista Ben Luo. Ben says, “We are serving Composition VII every day as our house blend and have had an incredible response from our customers so far – the most common being that there is nothing like this beldn being served anywhere else in Melbourne and that Hash is providing a completely unique and exciting coffee experience.”
Other coffee options on Hash’s extensive menu include an Ethopia Sidamo Filter, and Immersion and Drop Cold Brews: all pumped out by the newest Slayer Professional Espresso machine, which provides a natural extraction method specific to their house blend.
