HUXTABURGER POP UP AT HARPOON HARRY IN SYDNEY
Get ready for the next “Friends of Harry’s” event! Hot off the heals of the most successful Belle’s Hot Chicken pop event, Harry’s have invited another Melbourne institution – Huxtaburger – north of the border to deliver the unique and highly acclaimed burger menu.
Huxtaburger is the brainchild of the Huxtable team – Daniel Wilson, Dante Ruaine and Jeff Wong. Since opening in early 2012, the take-away burger venue has opened four stores across Melbourne in Collingwood, Prahran, CBD and recently Hawthorn.
Delivering hot beef and cold beer, Huxtaburger is indulgent fast food elevated to the sublime by Daniel Wilson’s top-chef sensibilities. Punters can pick from five perfectly balanced grass-fed Wagyu patty burgers made with top-notch, fresh local ingredients. The menu’s most recent additions are the ‘Clair’, a southern- style fried chicken burger, and the ‘Sondra’ tofu burger, a little bit of loving for their veggie pals.
Huxtaburger teams great food with great aesthetics, atmosphere and drinks.
