Aperol and Fatto Bar & Cantina join forces this summer to create ‘Club Aperol at Fatto’ – the perfect oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and will become THE place to head to during the Australian Open. Club Aperol will take on a tennis theme in ode to the Australiasian Grand Slam with patrons where patrons can wear their best tennis whites to celebrate one of Melbourne’s favourite sporting events.
Aperol transforms Fatto’s Southbank river terrace into a sophisticated tennis club complete with tennis table , DJ’s and of course Aperol Spritz. As this summer’s most fashionably seductive drink, it immediately evokes balmy beachside evenings on the Amalfi Coast.
Local DJ’s will provide the backing soundtrack every Friday night from 5-9pm and Sunday from 4-8pm. Aperitivo will be offered between 5pm to 7pm, where Aperol Spritz will be $7. A mouth- watering, Italian-inspired menu (olives, grilled panini, Harry’s Bar chicken sandwiches, salumi and formaggi) will also be available, designed to perfectly match a variety of hand crafted Aperol cocktails. You can sip on an Aperol Spritz (by glass or pitcher), Venetian Cooler, Urban Sunset or ‘Un Pizzico d’Italia’ and watch the sun go down over the city with friends or colleagues.
