How do you prep before a night out?
I think it’s all about getting together with friends, listening to music together, getting ready by doing each other’s hair – having a girl’s night.
What is your go to hairstyle/makeup look for a night out?
I love big false lashes and a classic look with my hair down. It depends where you’re going and what you wearing too but I’m definitely all about statement eyes with long fluttery lashes.
When you’re going out, what are your must have items in your bag?
Definitely whatever lipstick you’re wearing and personally I always keep my mascara in hand.
Do you have any tips for looking fresh all night long?
Even though I don’t really drink alcohol, I think drinking a lot of water and staying hydrated is key. I also like keeping blot powder on hand – I love Mac’s blot powder to help keep the shine away after a lot of dancing.
Your biggest fashion faux pas?
Personally not a fan of wearing trackies outside – even when Christine Centenera wore trackies with heels – it’s just not my style.
What designers are you currently loving and why?
Really loving Dolce and Gabbana right now, but in terms of Australian designers I love Aje, Bassike, and recently I’ve been loving Thurley as well.
Favourite places to shop:
I’m a huge Chapel Street person – just can’t get away from it. But I’m loving the Emporium as well, it’s just divine – feels like I’m in Singapore or something. I also love shopping online on Net-a-Porter, Husk, Green With Envy and Matches.
Where do you look for style inspiration?
I love everyday people. When you walk down Chapel Street, you see normal people who stay true to their style and they’re the best. I guess you could say it goes the same for celebrities, Rihanna sticks to her style and she’s good at it. Even if it’s not my style, I still admire it.
