Liptember wants to get people talking about women’s mental health issues, so brighten up your pout to get the conversation going.
Liptember has released their own range of lipsticks in every colour of the rainbow, and Carmex has teamed up with the initiative as its official Lip Balm sponsor. You can pick up an official Liptember lipstick at your local Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist, My Beauty Spot or Fernwood Fitness.
Many issues affect women’s mental health, including new parenting, anxiety, depression and relationship troubles, along with a range of other psychological disorders.
Get your friends and family involved by sponsoring you as you sport your bold Liptember lippy, or encourage them to donate towards the cause. You could even run a competition with family or colleagues to see who can raise the most money. Don’t forget to get #liptember trending by hashtagging photos of your colourful Liptember lipstick colours, and you can also stay connected by following Liptember on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Couturing has THREE Carmex Moisture Plus tinted lip balm packs to giveaway (valued at $30 each). Simply email your name and postal address with “LIPTEMBER GIVEAWAY” in the subject header to info@couturing.com by 5pm EST Sunday 14 September 2014.
Last year Liptember raised more than $400,000, and this year, they are hoping to get even more people on board to smash that figure. Lydia Lassila, Jo Silvagni, Sophie Faulkner and Molly Meldrum are just a few of the big names who are supporting the cause this year.
