UVA salon has opened its doors with the official launch taking place at the salon’s Greville street, Prahran location.UVA Salon is the much anticipated venture headed by renowned hairdresser Marie Uva who has joined forces with the boys from South Yarra’s Joey Scandizzo Salon – Joey Scandizzo, John Scandizzo and Joseph Seeman.
The salon’s launch was filled with beautiful A-list celebrities and socialites including Rebecca Judd, Nadia Coppolino and Jane Scandizzo. Melbourne decor queens from Styled by Coco, created a classy atmosphere filled with fresh flowers and chic ornaments perfect for a glamorous event. There was no shortage of summer cocktails and food that left you wanting more. To entice any guest an authentic Italian gelato van full of sorbet gelato was parked at the front for all to enjoy.
Director, Marie Uva, sported a stunning red number to compliment her dark hair styled in soft curls. “The opening of UVA salon is such an exciting and rewarding achievement” Marie stated.
