Melbourne’s weather is finally starting to pick up with Summer just around the corner, and it’s usually around this time of the year that we start to hit panic mode about how much we have neglected our bodies over the winter period. So we’re ditching the heavier meals that we might crave during the colder months and opting for lighter, healthier meals and snacks that compliment this beautiful sunshine that’s finally decided to join us.
Sun and ice-cream usually go hand in hand, but a healthy alternative that still satisfies your sweet-icey-cream-dreams is frozen-yoghurt, which has become a popular trend in Melbourne. Melbournians are switching gelato for fro-yo, guilt free and delicious.
Couturing have picked our favourite frozen yoghurt places in Melbourne worth visiting when you feel like a treat to beat the heat.
