Christmas Eve – Avoid going anywhere!
I trust that you have not saved your shopping till the eleventh hour and therefore have the day to slowly toil away in the kitchen and watch Love Actually for the hundredth time. But if you did get caught up in the Christmas party circuit and various end-of-year shenanigans, I recommend you make a list, check it twice, get in early and forget being nice.

Christmas Day
Eat your body weight in seafood and pudding, drink an exceeding amount of chilled vino, watch that your uncle doesn’t get too drunk and handsy with your housemate or partner, and fall asleep with ABC’s screening of ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ in the background. Perfect.
