This sale runs from Friday the 16th until the 2nd December. Purchase jeans and other getup super cheap, I’d recommend going sooner rather than later, as they say the early bird catches the… ya know… denim.

No Vacancy Gallery Drawing Classes
No Vacancy Gallery on Jane Bell Lane, right next to Melbourne Central Station is holding Drop-in ‘Life Drawing’ classes for anyone wanting to learn. For just $12 you receive pencils, paper, drawing boards, charcoal and ink. There are no bookings, so just pop-in and draw away. Be early as it starts at 6:30 sharp and seats do fill up.

Suzuki Night Market
Once again it’s that time of the year for the Suzuki Night Market. All the perks of a market, but at night! There are some incredible stalls, catering to all your trinket and food needs. Located at the Queen Victoria Market with FREE entry, means you have more pocket money for you to play with. Running every Wednesday until the 27th of February.

RMIT Creative Festival
It’s finally the end of the university year, a big relief for many students. To marvel and be inspired by young artists’ work, head down and immerse yourself. It’s FREE entry and the students would love to see a big turn out for all their hard work.

After Party of Melbourne Music Week
Melbourne Music Festival comes to a close, but has no plans of making it a quiet one with a hugely anticipated afterparty at the Where?House (The Argus Building) for its final celebration. With many artists and bands sharing the love that night, come down and show your support by getting extremely drunk and rowdy with a bunch of musos (dangerous!).

Supersize Melbourne: 365 Days of Photos of the city- Opening Night
Photos taken in and around Melbourne for 365 days, printed on canvas, enlarged by 3 metres and hung for people to enjoy. Come celebrate the first birthday of the project. All the photos have been geo-tagged and a Google map can be explored with references to all the photos and their locations. From 6.30pm til late.

Big Winter @ The Espy
Triple J Unearthed’s band Big Winter are doing a show at The Empress Hotel, Big Winter have a melancholic beauty about them, influences of Bon Iver and Mumford & Sons, they’re producing some great, ambient, acoustic sounds. I highly recommend you check out this gig. It’s $10 at the door.
